The user of the web https://coobis.com (hereinafter, the “User“), as well as the client (from now one,”Client”) of Coobis platform (hereinafter,”Coobis“) should read carefully everything outlined in this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter, “Privacy policy“), where we will inform you all the aspects related to the personal data handled in Coobis and that should be expressly checked in the box of the registration form.

Marketing Manager Servicios de Marketing, S.L.U. has as one of its key objective and priority to provide a safe and confidential service, safeguarding the privacy of the communications and personal data of its users and clients.

The data provided by the Users and Clients will be included in a file owned by Codigo Barras Networks, S.L.U. with registered office in c/ Apolonio Morales 13C, 28036 of Madrid and CIF (VAT) B62468798.

The registration in Coobis platform, that generates the creation of a Coobis account, confers on the user the condition of Client (hereinafter, the “Client”), who accepts, from that very moment, fully and without reservation, the present Privacy Policy, as well the “Service Terms and Conditions” and “Electronic Procurement Procedures”. The acceptance of all texts is binding on the Client, who must comply with and respect the texts accepted without exception.

To be able to use Coobis, the User must subscribe through the registration form (s) established for this purpose and give consent to the processing of your data in a free, voluntary and express way.

3. How do we treat your data?

This privacy policy is applicable to all the information Coobis collect, store and treat in the provision of the service and during the navigation and use of Coobis.

We will treat and store all the data that the Users and Clients facilitate and manage, in this case, in their account. We collect the data necessary to guarantee access to the platform and all its services and functionalities from a multi-channel environment, as well as to respond the information requests that the Users and Clients voluntarily refer us through the contact form.

You expressly agree in the treatment of data that you provide in order to register in and enjoy of Coobis; manage lists, create Client accounts, access all Coobis functionalities, manage your contracted services, contact with customer or technical service, make queries and requests, as well as all the interaction and management allowed by the platform.

As Coobis Client you give your express consent to receive information of Coobis through several channels and/or electronic means, at your email address, through SMS/MMS messages, via phone calls or by postal mail.

You can receive information about the functionalities, changes, improvements and updates as well as information related to Coobis and/or information about activities, products, services, offers and special promotions related to the areas of technology, internet, digital, advertising and consulting. In addition, you expressly accept that this information may be segmented depending on the information you provide us (your age or location, among others) with the objective of giving you a customized service and relevant information.

To implement the service, Coobis will perform permission e-mail marketing actions and direct marketing; will prepare profiles, segmentations on your information and/or crossings with other files of your responsibility.

5. Can I oppose to receive commercial communications?

Remember that you can oppose at any time, to receive communications from Coobis for commercial and promotional purposes, including by electronic means, contacting us through the email soporte@coobis.com. You can also oppose by clicking in each one of the communications you receive.

6. How can I exercise my rights of access, cancellation and rectification?

The user can exercise the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and objection of the treatment of his personal data or contact for any matter related to the protection of personal data by sending a written communication to Coobis, either to the address C/ Apolonio Morales 13C, 28036 Madrid or to the email soporte@coobis.com, indicating in the subject “Data Protection”.

8. If you are under age you cannot register

Is very important that you know that the access to the service is PROHIBITED to persons younger than 18 years.

Registration in Coobis is not allowed for people under age. It sets up as a control mechanism the express acceptance of your majority.

9. You are responsible for the information and data that you provide.

To provide your personal data in Coobis you should read carefully the “Service Terms and Conditions” and “Electronic Procurement Procedures”. As well as this privacy policy and comply with all the requirements therein are collected.

Please, be responsible when sharing information. Coobis does not control or review the lawfulness of the information you provide and therefore, in any case Coobis will be liable for any infringement for the lawfulness, illegitimacy, alteration, misuse, fraud or sanction derived from the information you have provided.

In this regard, you declare and warrant that the personal data you provide are accurate, truthful and they are not third party data.

10. Statement of good practices

Coobis comply with legislation in force at all times, and more specifically, without limitation, with the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th de of December 13th, of personal data protection, Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21st, which approved the Development regulation of the Organic law 15/1999, of December 13th of personal data protection, with the Law 34/2002, of July 11th, Ecommerce and Information Society and Electronic commerce Services and with the Organic Law 1/1996, of January 15th, of Legal Protection for Children.

Coobis will immediately solve the agreements with any entity that incurs in practices that fail to comply with those mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
